Visit Christian Boltanski's Exhibition at Paris Centre Pompidou

The Centre Pompidou in Paris is one of the best places in the city to see talented modern artists with some extreme approaches. The vast space and freedom of expression here allows for some thought-provoking pieces such as the current exhibition from Christian Boltanski. The theme of this new show is life and death, with a strong leaning towards the way that we memorialise those that we have loved and lost.

The pieces in the gallery are vast and can be a little overwhelming to those that are perhaps unprepared for what awaits them. But, this scale is important to get over the importance of the memories and all the figures mentioned within. This is the sort of exhibition that you may need to visit more than once in order to get the best experience and appreciation of all the pieces. You can do so as many times as you need to until March 16th, 2020.
