As I mentioned this hotel was less grand than we had expected but given the fantastic location and the high standard of the rooms in terms of comfort and cleanliness it is a good choice. For people coming by car it offers the possibility to park the car and enjoy the stay. I would not recommend the breakfast as there are plenty of possibilities just round the corner which offer better value.

Very warm welcome on arrival and a lovely hotel in a great location. Walking distance to many sites. Very helpful and polite staff made our time here very enjoyable

Hotel Bassano was lovely and perfect for the location and experience we desired. All aspects of the hotel were very clean, The bathroom was spacious and bed most comfortable. Most of all, the staff was very attentive and helpful, especially Jasmine. She was patient, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend this hotel!

First time in Paris, family of 4. Hotel Bassano did not disappoint, the cleanliness, morning breakfast, location is walkable to most historic sites in the city of Paris , plus all the high end shops and most importantly the service and friendly staff. I would highly recommend this hotel.

As I am highly allergic to latex and asthmatic, I find it very hard to travel anywhere int he world. The owner was so sleet and showed me a lovely room with no carpets and lots of ventilation. I will def use this hotel again . From the staff that carried my luggage for a bother hotel to the lady that made sure too Was clean and served a lovely breakfast , to Antoine who helped with the evening , I highly recommend this hotel for everything

Great hotel at a great location with incredibly courteous and helpful staff. I moved from a large chain hotel that was more expensive and where the AC did not work. The staff there was courteous but not helpful at all as opposed to Hotel Bassano. A definite recommendation to my friends and family.

Hôtel très bien situé à 10 minutes des champs élysées, chambre confortable, seul point négatif est l'isolation des chambres entre étage et avec l'extérieur ( on entend le trafic même si c'est dans une petite rue et le ramassage des poubelles ) mais autrement, parfait

Hotel Bassano is the ideal mix of traditional and modern. We were in Room 32, which we found spacious and comfortable. The staff were excellent, welcoming and helpful- especially Madeline, Jazz and Sanath. It is a couple of blocks from the Champs Elysees and slightly further to the Arc de Triumph. There are many restaurants very closeby and several small supermarkets not too far away. The lift holds two comfortably and we had no trouble with it for the week we were there. The buffet breakfast covered all tastes and was served in the small but quite adequate room overlooking the street. There is no restaurant for lunch or dinner, but with restaurants on the doorstep not a problem at all. We would be pleased to recommend Hotel Bassano to our friends. Thank you to all the staff there who enhanced our enjoyment of Paris.

Absolutely loved this cute and quaint hotel. Great location just off the Champs Élysées. Staff were great, especially Jazz, who was very helpful with suggestions and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again.

We have actually stayed at this hotel twice in the last 4 months. It has been great. Well located and nice linens. Friendly staff we wouldn’t hesitate to book here again. This trip we brought two other couples with us and they agreed!

Nice hotel on an excellent location. Rooms were spacious. We missed a refrigerator and it's was quite warm in the room. It was ok with open windows. Breakfast was complete and we enjoyed it. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Hotal Bassano is an exceptional hotel. The location is wonderful. Close to shopping and local attractions. The staff was helpful and greeted my daughter and I everyday with a smile. The breakfast was great. We would recommend this hotel.

The four of us (grandparents and twins of 13) truly enjoyed our stay at the Bassano. Situated in a very nice area with restaurants and neighborhood shops close by and only a few minutes walk to the metro, the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysées, it was so easy to get around. The Eiffel Tower can also easily be reached on foot. The staff was very helpful indeed, both before and during our stay - so friendly, efficient and very knowledgable, Thank you so much - we will certainly recommend the Bassano to others!

This hotel was nice all around but the service was really outstanding. The person who was at the desk or most of us stay was named Jazz. She was so friendly and helpful and was a great guide to the local area. Also, a shout out to Dieumerci, who helped us out with a few special requests and Magali who works in the dining room and was helpful to make our breakfast experience exceptional. I left this hotel loving it. Would definitely go back again if I'm visiting Paris!

J'ai été très bien accueilli , en temps et en heure , par des personnes très agréables, tout comme l'ensemble du personnel, sans oublier les personnes qui occupent pour moi une place importante dans un hôtel, les personnes d'entretien qui nettoient méthodiquement en nous laissant toujours les espaces propre, en tout cas merci à eux, Le petit déjeuner était vraiment excellent et très copieux rien de tel pour commencer une belle journée. L'hôtel quand à lui est idéalement situé, à proximité du métro et des grands axes importants de la capital. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à mes amis, et je n'hésiterai pas à y retourner. Je tiens particulièrement à remercier Jasmine qui a été d'une grande gentillesse et d'un dévouement exemplaire tout le long de mon séjour.
